The room included a comfortable bed and a nice view. Breakfast offered varied choices. The staff was kind, they assisted me with directions.

broken tv intense street noise
My room was supposedly a beautiful double or twin room, but the tv didn't work, a bummer. i asked them to fix it, but nothing happened . Apparently, it needed replacing. also, the noise from the street was pretty intense, even on the third floor. it made for a rather loud night.

I appreciated the convenient bus station situated right next to the hotel. It allowed easy access to main attractions. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive, always ready to help. High-speed wi-fi was available throughout the building. I could stay connected without issues.
Rooms facing the street can be quite noisy because of traffic.

Staff members provided efficient assistance. They addressed requests quickly and professionally. I felt that the service was attentive, yet not intrusive, striking a good balance. Assistance was available 24 hours a day.
